In The Library
There are 10 computers available for public use featuring internet access and Microsoft Office programs. There are also 4 catalog stations for searching the catalog and accessing the online databases.
Open wifi access is available throughout the building and in the front parking lot area.
Printers and Photocopiers
Color and black & white printers and photocopiers are available. Color--$.25 per page; Black & white--$.10 per page.
Self-service fax machine is available, accepting credit/debit cards or prepaid cards obtained at the circulation desk. Fees are $1.75 for the first page, $1.00 for each subsequent page.
The library has 4 meeting spaces available for use by community groups. Use the online system to reserve a meeting space being sure to request a room and a date that are available. Once you submit your request, you will receive an email that says that your request has been received. Keep in mind that it may take several days for your request to be approved, especially if submitted on a weekend or holiday. Your event will not appear on the calendar until it is approved. Once approved or denied, you will receive another email with that information.

The Library has U.S. Passport Acceptance Agents available to process your new passport applications and to assist with renewals. Please call for an appointment.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO MY PASSPORT APPOINTMENT
Passport photo (can be taken at CVS, Walgreens, AAA, Costco, etc.)
Photo ID (may be your driver’s license)
Proof of US citizenship (may be your birth certificate with raised seal and your parents’ names, or your previous passport)
Check or Money Order for US Dept. of State ($110 new adult passport/$80 new child passport) plus additional fees if expediting - one check per applicant for appropriate amount
Check, Money Order, Cash or Credit Card for Hall Memorial Library ($35 processing fee per visit)
Both parents and child must be present for child’s passport application
Application forms are available at the Library or from the U.S. Dept of State website.
The Library has a Notary Public available to notarize your documents. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. Documents must be signed in the presence of the Notary. Do not sign them beforehand.
Fees: One to two signatures/stamps are free. Three or four is $5.00. Five or more is $10.00.
The Library offers exam proctoring services at no charge. Please call to make an appointment.
