Homebound Delivery

Who is eligible?

• You must be a resident of Ellington
• You must have a current Hall Memorial Library card (we’re happy to mail you an application and deliver your card!)
• You are temporarily or permanently homebound or disabled
• There is no age limit/requirement

Patrons must provide a safe and appropriate environment for staff to make their deliveries 

Patron must also be/have someone available to receive materials at the mutually agreed-upon time.

There are no overdue fines for homebound patrons, although there will be a charge for a lost or damaged items.  Only Library materials will be transported.
